You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for such reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
Special Notice Regarding Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
Your right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services when the entrepreneur has fully provided the service and only began performance after the consumer gave their express consent and simultaneously confirmed their knowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
When placing your order, you will be asked for the following consent:
"I agree that kerwitz.dev may begin contract performance before the expiration of the withdrawal period. I acknowledge that by giving my consent, I lose my right of withdrawal upon commencement of contract performance."
This consent is voluntary and is given via a separate checkbox that is not pre-selected. Without your express consent, service provision will only begin after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
