Do I need a subscription for personal use?
No. Pick Personal Lifetime for the core Kanman experience or Pro Lifetime for integrations and automation. Pay once and keep using it forever on your own.
What's the difference between Personal and Pro Lifetime?
Personal covers projects and tasks for solo work. Pro adds API access, webhooks, GIT integration, and other advanced integrations as they ship. Neither plan includes Teams features.
How are Teams seats billed?
Teams costs 7€ per active seat per month, or 60€ per seat per year (5€/mo billed yearly), with a minimum of 3 seats.
Do teammates need a Lifetime license?
No. A Teams seat includes all Pro features for that member. Lifetime licenses are optional and stay as a personal fallback.
What if I own Lifetime and join a team?
While you're in a team, the seat governs your access and you pay the seat price. If you leave the team or it cancels, your Lifetime license keeps working for solo use - no double charging.
Can Lifetime owners create teams?
Yes. Teams features activate after you start a Teams subscription with at least 3 seats, including your own seat.
